VOA Illinois is developing a permanent, supportive housing program targeted to women who are recovering from addiction.
The project, called Hope Manor Village Joliet, will be a 48-unit development consisting of 1 and 2-bedroom units located in Joliet. The entire design of the development from the physical layout to the way services are delivered will be recovery-based, gender-responsive and trauma-informed.
- Income Qualifications: At or below 50% Median Income
- Targeted to and prioritized for: Women in recovery from addiction and their children
Hope Manor Village Joliet will include 48 supportive housing units, along with property management, support services, and community space. Hope Manor Village Joliet is one block away from Gompers Junior High School and across the street from our Hope Manor Joliet property.
