Operation Backpack

We Need Your Help to Provide More than 1,200 Backpacks to Children in Need

The first day of school can be tough for every child. It can be especially tough if you are a child who is homeless or living in foster care and you can’t afford to start school with all the supplies that most kids can count on when heading back to school. You can help give a child in need a great start on their first day of school by donating a backpack and school supplies.

Our kids need:
    • Backpacks for grades K through 12th grade for boys and girls
    • Pens, #2 pencils, markers, crayons, highlighters
    • Loose-leaf paper (wide and narrow rule), spiral notebooks, 3 ring binders
    • Assignment notebooks/daily planners
    • High School Dictionary, Thesaurus
    • Calculators, protractors
