Thank you for submitting a Hope Manor II space usage request form. Hope Manor II, will notify you if the request is approved or denied

Please DO NOT plan on space usage at Hope Manor II, until you have received confirmation.

Parking is limited to street parking on 60th street and other side streets. Parking on the back of the building is reserved for residents of Hope Manor II.

By agreeing to the terms of usage of the room, you agree to:

• Be responsible for your meeting needs, including but not limited to: printing, catering of food/drinks, etc.,
• Be responsible for guests including, but not limited to: greeting their entrance into the building and ensuring that guests are escorted out after event,
• Restore the room to proper order at close of meeting,
• Keep food and drink/s must remain in the community room,
• Be held financially responsible if any damage is incurred during use of space.
