In-Kind Donations & Wish List
"Our clients don’t always ask for help so having items on hand to offer makes a world of difference." - Theresa
About Our Wish List
Below is a frequently updated list of our most needed items. This list is constantly changing as our needs change, so please check back here frequently before planning any large donations.
If you are interested in running a charitable drive with your friends, family, workgroup, church, etc., please let us know! This allows us to be prepared for an influx of donations, and have the appropriate staffing to assist you.
Annual Donation Drives
Operation Backpack is an annual drive to collect school supplies and backpacks for the children served by VOA Illinois. Help us send 1,000 children back to school with the essentials by donating brand new backpacks and school supplies.
Each year we, at Volunteers of America of Illinois, host Holiday Wishes, a program that provides gifts during the holidays to the children that we serve in our foster care program and children of the Veterans we serve. Help us make the holiday season magical by signing up to sponsor a wish.
