6th Annual Hope Walk
Building New Futures for Individuals and Families, One Step at a Time
A solidarity walk to raise awareness and funds for the individuals and families we serve. Volunteers of America of Illinois currently serves over 600 Veterans and Veteran families who are at risk of homelessness or in serious risk of instability, 200 children in the child welfare system, and provides affordable housing to 500 elderly and adults with disabilities.
Hope Walk begins promptly at 10:30 a.m. at Hope Manor I, 3053 W. Franklin Blvd., Chicago
We will have an opening ceremony, food, music, and more!
We hope to see you there!
- 9:45 a.m.-10:30 a.m.- check-in
- 10:30 a.m.- opening ceremony followed by Hope Walk
- 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.- Lunch
- 1:00 p.m.- end of event
Hope Walk is stroller and leashed-dog friendly! Your registration fee includes: food, Hope Walk t-shirt and a donation to support Volunteers of America of Illinois' programs.
